HAP

HAP (Health Alliance Plan) - Swiss Croon worked with HAP and BLVD Content to support HAP’s year-around marketing and communications efforts. Swiss Croon’s first task was to help seamlessly integrate with HAP’s internal workflow process and implement a design process that could facilitate the capacity and demand for all future communications. This included implementing a quality control process that was able to deliver final production-ready artwork and have fluid communications with HAP’s printing and web vendors. Quick and engaging work that meets the goals and deadlines established by the brand, without compromising production quality, was the overall desired outcome.

With the process in place, Swiss Croon worked collaboratively to support the HAP brand by creating and nurturing their communications and advertisements, engaging with new and existing prospects through research-driven strategy, analysis and insights, and refining their brand assets and standards. Various support for additional initiatives were also executed such as brand presentations, strategic and creative consultation, and broadcast video production including copywriting, art direction, and pre and post production management. In the end, hard work, client dedication and an intelligent process-driven approach, resulted in the satisfaction, retention and eventual growth of the HAP business by 50+% the following year.
